Scope/requirements:

• All code Apache v2 license and contributed back to FOLIO
• OAI/PMH v2 including but not limited to: flow control, compression, verbs, etc…
• “Always on” service that allows full or partial harvests
• Query and record retrieval from mod-marc-storage
• Configuration interface allowing:
• Repository name (librarian provided)
• Available collections (default “all” for Q4)
• Conversion of MARC to DC
• Verb support: Identify, ListMetadataFormats, ListSets, ListRecords, MetadataPrefix, Set, GetRecord, ListIdentifiers, Identifier, From, resumptionToken
• Ability to support sets “all” and date ranges
• Logging of all access via ACS
• Performance limiting to control loads on hardware (Stretch goal)
• MARCXML record format support with UTF-8 encoding (includes deleted support)
