Calendar - Other Time-Based and Scheduled Events (e.g. Workflows and To-Dos)

In addition to the "opening hours" appearing in a calendar GUI, I think there will be a need for the users to be able to see time based / scheduled things in a general calendar view in FOLIO. E.g. workflows I've scheduled; Reminders I've set up; Tasks which are assigned to me and that have a deadline; Scheduled imports; And more.

Any app that has time-based and scheduled events should be able to make use of this Calendar, however the Workflow App with To-Do App Integration will likely be the first that really calls for it. Given that, we are marking this as dependent upon that epic (UXPROD-600)
