Make it possible to get an overview of current state of your agreements and anything that might need to be done or need investigation.

This could include

summary information about active agreements
upcoming renewals
upcoming agreement expiry
~~warnings arising from other activity (e.g. from package change tracking)~~

NOTE: Assuming that upcoming expiry and upcoming renewals are likely to be different indicators and/or filters on the same list, so merge those two requirements for estimates. Descoping warnings arising from other activity until we have more detail - will separate out into separate feature.
