      Description

SPLIT - see comment / related issues

As agreements are "renewed" or "cancelled" (these terms need further definition) content/resources may transition between agreements, or agreements may transition between states with some resulting change in the access the library has to the related resources.

      Examples include:

      • Finishing an agreement and taking up any post agreement access (aka 'cancelling')
      • Finishing an agreement and starting a new agreement for substantially the same material (aka 'renewing')

Where one agreement has transitioned to another agreement, the two agreements will be linked to indicate their relationship

In some cases it may be that specific resources transition between agreements (e.g. movement of an ebook from being part of a demand/patron drive acquisition package to becoming a permanent part of the libraries collection)
