Save Item UUIDs in FOLIO Inventory from Action Menu

Overview: In FOLIO Inventory App, when you are searching Items, we want to be able to save item UUIDs in a similar way that you can save holdings uuids and instances uuids.

What this new feature would look like:

1. Log into some FOLIO environment as User X
2. Go to the Inventory App
3. Click on the Item segment to search items.
4. Click Actions
5. Save Item UUIDs

Expected Results:

The system creates a CSV file with the item UUIDs that is then downloaded to the local computer. This is the same way that a user can save holdings or instances UUIDs.
Actual Results:

The user now has a list of item uuids.
