    Description

      Current situation or problem: Libraries in a consortium often rely on consortium administrators for support in managing permissions and trouble shooting issues with the ability of users in the system to perform their critical functions

      View all users assigned to a specific set of permissions

      CRUD a specific set of permissions

      Manage permissions from a central location for all members of consortium

      Out of scope

      Any additional configuration options for permissions sets

      Ability to compare the permissions of a set of users or roles
