Circulation log update: deleted item records

Current situation or problem: When deleting item records was implemented, or the Circulation log was implemented, the affect of deleting item records on the circulation log wasn't considered. Currently, if an item record is deleted, and a user clicks on the item barcode from the Circulation log, an error occurs. This is a poor user experience and should be updated. 

In scope: UI (and possible backend) updates to allow the user to understand that the item record has been deleted (or can't be found?)

Proposed solution/stories: Removing the link from the item barcode in the circulation log, and indicating that the item has been deleted
