Automatic generation of barcode number in Item record

    Description

      A library requires that the barcode number for item records is to be autogenerated by FOLIO.

      The barcode number does need to conform to any pattern, just generate random unique numbers.

      This feature would need a Settings page to define when to use the auto generated barcode - an on/off toggle.

      Out of scope for this ticket: the number can integrate with a card printer
