Inventory. Implement Dash board widgits.

Overview: For the Agreement and Lisence app Dashboard has widigts have been developed. Similar work is highly requested by SME for work in Inventory.

Usecases:

1. as a cataloger I want a list of Inventory records (instances, holdings, items) that an external system tried to update but where the update was rejected - including error message why it has been rejected
2. as a staff user I want list of Inventory records (instances, holdings, items) that an external system tried to delete but where the deletion was rejected - including error message why it has been rejected
3. as a staff user at the circulation desk I want a list of items with item status "claim returned" last modified in a specified time period
4. as a staff user I want a list of inventory records with a particular tag applied to them in a specified time period
