Description
Background
In mid-October 2021, Holly was asked by Cornell University Library to review various issues discovered by CUL Access Services staff while using FOLIO. Holly met with various individuals at Olin and Mann libraries and produced the CORNELL ACCESS SERVICES FOLIO OBSERVATIONS & SUGGESTIONS document, which is available at https://docs.google.com/document/d/1lwnZpkiw7G0c3EyObRRnjuV6XVMcFNK1lWUG952sFgI/edit?usp=sharing. This feature is ISSUE #19 from that document and has a priority of NOT AS IMPORTANT.
Overview
Staff members with permissions for all/many apps are unable to select all of the apps from the top bar of FOLIO because they do not fit. The apps appear alphabetically, which means that people like Wendy have to use the pull-down for the apps she uses the most (which are Users and Requests). Users should be able to decide which apps “stick” to the black bar. Another option is to sort the apps by those used most frequently.
