    Description

      Overview: This issue covers important but not critical tech debt and NFRs for acquisitions applications. It may also capture some small functionality adjustments that improve the workflow or quality of life of the user. As any body of work under this feature becomes large enough it will be split out to its own feature for prioritization and planning transparency.

      Note: this feature will not carry an estimate because it will not be prioritized for release. Work items will be moved from here to specific features for implementation.
