      Description

      Current situation or problem: **Title look-up is not available when creating a new request (title level) from outside of Inventory (Users, Requests)

      In scope: Adding title look-up to the new/create request form. Title look-up is used in Orders when creating a PO line and Inventory when moving holdings or items to a different Instance; Requester look-up already exists in Requests

      Out of scope

      Use case(s): User feedback survey noted this as highly requested function in title level requests. Will be highly valued when creating a request from anywhere other than Inventory (Requests and Users)
