Settings > Inventory. Misc. updates of reference values

Current situation or problem:  The early implementers and the MM-SIG has pointed out some updates and additions to the Inventory reference values defined in the Settings app. The updates are considered highly relevant to have added as 'folio' reference values being part of the general FOLIO data set.

In scope:

• Alternative title types
• Classification types 
• Call number types

Out of scope:

Use case(s):**

1. It's ideal that the reference values matches reference values being mapped when using Data Imports default mapping job profile.
2. When a new release is being rolled out, then it's optimal that these values stays persistent and are rolled out with the release
