Description
Current situation or problem: Previously UXPROD-1130 and UXPROD-2127, but instead of splitting them as Patron block overrides and Item block overrides, we are addressing/developing both types of overrides at the point of user function - check out (this feature), request and renewal. This feature is simply a rearranging of the stories to better represent how development is being done. No details provided here - see original features listed above or linked stories under "defined by" below for more detail.
DOES NOT NEED TO BE RANKED! This is a showstopper for many libraries and it's on track for being complete by R1 2021.
