Agreements period / date management

Current situation or problem:
Agreements let users record multiple "periods" for agreements - date ranges which define a particular period of each agreement

Users have indicated that although they do wish to record multiple periods in some instances, they need to be able to:

• See the overall start and end date for the agreement (earliest period start and latest period end date)
• Search the overall start and end date for the agreement (earliest period start and latest period end date)
• See information on (where they exist) the "Previous", "Current" and "Next" periods at the top of the screen
• Have information on all periods in a single accordion

In scope

• Changes to Agreement UI to improve display of existing period information
• Support to view and search Agreement start/end dates based on the earliest period start date and latest period end date
• Support to view and search Agreement cancellation deadline based on the latest period cancellation deadline
• Support ability to view "Previous", "Current" and "Next" periods

Out of scope

• Change to "period" concept

Use case(s)

• Agreement has current period and future period. User wishes to easily see current and future period information and be aware that both exist (and to be able to see notes and information for both)
• Agreement has no current period but user wishes to see the most recent period information easily when they view the agreement
• User wishes to find all agreements with an end date > 31st December 2021. They want this search to find agreements based on the "latest" end date out of all the period end dates
• User wishes to find all agreements with a cancellation deadline <= 31st December 2021 and >= 1st Jan 2021, using only the "latest" cancellation deadline date
