      Description

Summary: As a library staff member, there is information related to a patron I want to see before I check out or do other services for a patron.

One use case for this is that a library requires a student to sign a form before borrowing a laptop. The fact that they have signed this agreement is recorded in a note. This note has to pop up when the patron's card is scanned at check out in case they are checking out a laptop.
