Allow Addition of Electronic Items to a Course, Without Needing to Create a "fake" Barcode.

Current situation or problem:
The only way to add an item to a Course Reserve list is by entering the item barcode. For materials that circulate there is always a barcode. However, electronic materials do not have barcodes, or often, even item records. Therefore, in order to add an electronic item to a course a 'fake' or 'dummy' item record and barcode need to be created.

Users would like the ability to add an electronic resource by some other, as yet to be determined, linkage.
