Description
To implement Position in Request Queue. Position in queue is an item's position in the list of its open requests, and signifies how many requests are eligible to be filled before it. In the first iteration an item's position in the queue will be based solely on the creation date of the request and requests will be filled first-in-first-out. In later iterations the queue will be reorder-able by staff with appropriate permissions.
