Authority Record Template configuration in Settings app

    Description

      From Settings app is possible to create a new template.
      You can configure a template at library (Tenant-wide) and/or at user level (My personal ones).
      If the user has the authorization to see also the Tenant templates, he will see both configurations in the same window.
      See the attachement related to the interface.

      At the moment isn't still possible to configure from the user app the authorization for this function (possibility to create template at Tenant level or not), we're waiting FOLIO development to connect this setting with their services.
