eholdings updates to support Agreements app

Spitfire will allocate time to work with ERM Development team to address

• ERM-710 Add eholdings resources to Agreement export
• ERM-674 Assigning and unassigning eHoldings to agreements are made at different places
• ERM-672 Very slow loading of agreement lines from eHoldings
• ERM-316 If resource is not a periodical then date display should be <<YYYY>>
• ERM-816 Validate that multiple KBs in a single tenant works with the Agreements app
