      Description

      Q2 2020 work includes:

      • Identification of appropriate item statuses.
        • contrast with status that is aged to lost/grossly overdue?
      • Declaring item lost while it is still checked out or overdue.
        • Item stays on patron's account while bill is open.
        • Replace copy does not need to be an option from the patron's open loans - it's a way of paying the bill
      • What happens when a declared lost item is returned // may be part of other fines/fees workflows
      • How a declared lost item appears across user's loan history and Inventory.
        • stays on open loans until bill is paid or transferred or otherwise taken care of.
      • Modal when declared lost item is checked back in

      Not completed in Q2 2020, moved to UXPROD-2535:

      • closing loan based on actual cost fees
      • showing System (or FOLIO) as source of automated closed loan action on loan details
