Description
Important: Split from UXPROD-1684. Spillover into Q1 2020.
Purpose/Problem: Frequently a single patron will check in and/or check out several items at once, some libraries suggested this might be upwards of 300 items at once. This would allow items/loans to be processed by session so that multiple items would be bundled into a single notice. It would be especially problematic (and annoying for a patron) to receive 300 separate emails or one for each item.
Description:
- For a check in receipt, all items within a check in session* for a patron should be included in a single notice.
- For a check out receipt, all items within a check out session* for a patron should be included in a single notice.
