Display information about which service point items are in transit to on item record

From Chalmers: When looking at an item record that is in transit I want to see from which service point is in transit from and to which service point it is in transit to.

"To" service point
In Loan and availability section of the item record, display the destination service point at the time of check in for the item when the check in resulted in the item being In transit.

• When the item has been checked in at a service point other than one assigned to its effective location, and has 0 open requests, this will be the primary service point for the home location
• When the item has at least one open request and is checked in at a service point other than the pickup service point for the top request, this will be the pickup service point for the top request
• If an item's intended destination changes while the item is in transit (for example, a request is placed on a previously unrequested item for a pickup service point other than its destination), Usually, this will correspond to the primary service point for the item's effective location or the pickup service point for the top request on an item, except in the rare case when a request has been placed (or canceled) on an item while it is in transit.

"From" service point

• UXPROD-283 covers the display of the item's most recent check in on the item record, including the service point it was checked in at. Additional work to display the "from" service point should not be needed for this feature after UXPROD-283 is complete.
