      Leaving blocked until MARCcat is ready for integration with SRS and Inventory

      Note that the maximum digits for the ID are 11 (slide deck says 8), and for the prefix are 10, so the HRID/001 fields in SRS Bibs, Holdings, and Authorities must allow for up to 21 characters
