    Description

      In this feature will consider all settings necessary to configure and use MARCcat, to allow the search, the cataloging and other functions.

      • Basic structure for MARCcat settings screen: sections for General, Bibliographic, Holdings, Authority
      • Templates
      • Authority HRID (Bib and Holdings HRID handled in Inventory settings)
      • Subfield/delimiter mark
      • Local authority record (setting to create local authority record)
      • Field groupings (setting to configure the search in specific tags)
      • Quality control function
      • MARC validation tags
      • Field protection (handled in Data Import settings)
      • $b default of tag 040 in bib records
      • 003 default
