Add fund distributions by amount or percentage

Details

    • User is able to use percentages to create distributions and transfer money between funds in order to spend all budgeted amounts.

    Description

      Problem: User can't always split costs evenly by percentage and often have to spend exact amounts from funds to reduce them to zero for reporting and contractual obligations.

      High level requirements:

      • Allow user to specify fund distributions by amount or percentage
      • Percentage or amount must equal 100% of the total
      • Display remaining amount as distributions are added so it is clear how much of the total remains to be distributed
