Holly: I split Overdue and Lost Item fee/fine policies into separate features (they were both part of ~~UXPROD-96~~, but now Lost Items is ~~UXPROD-1857~~). Lost Items policies includes settings for aged to lost (~~UXPROD-87~~), for replacement copy (UXPROD-728), etc. There are also settings being used by Loans when a patron reports that they have lost an item. We will need some form of Lost Items policies. How much will vary depending on what is in the MVP.
