Print/reprint hold and/or transit slip (aka staff slip) when manually prompted

Split UXPROD-248 to separate staff slip and patron notice functionality.

From ellipsis menu on the check in screen, include option and allow user to print (or reprint) transit or hold slip.

This covers the situation where the the hold/transit slip was lost or the FOLIO operator dismissed the modal prompting them to print it at check in.
