When looking a license record in Folio, a library staff member may have questions which are not immediately answered by the information given in Folio. In this case they may wish to contact a relevant member of staff in the library with questions. The right person to contact may depend on who was involved in setting up the license and in what capacity.
This feature is to support the ability to add, edit and view information about library staff members who can be contacted about the license with an indication of how they are involved with the license (e.g. as the negotiator, signatory, etc.) so questions can be directed to the correct member of staff.
This feature is similar in essence to
