Description

Licenses can have amendments which can be optionally active/not active against any Agreement that the license is linked to.

This feature is to enable, within the context of an agreement, the user to see information about license amendments where a license is linked to the agreement

To resolve:

How do terms from licenses and amendments apply together when a license and selected amendments are 'active' in relation to an agreement (i.e. how to calculate the resulting set of terms on an agreement given a controlling license and a set of active amendments). This includes:
- Prioritising terms from amendments
- all terms on amendment apply, not partial set of terms from an amendment
- terms cannot be un-set by an amendment
