Description
Function to support a "cancellation" workflow for an Agreement. The purpose of this feature for the user is to be able to take an Agreement for a product such as the "Elsevier Freedom Collection" agreement and indicate that it has ended and won't be renewed (i.e. there will be no new agreement for the same product)
The workflow for this is still to be fully defined but this is likely to mean:
- Setting an end date to the expiring agreement
- Transferring content covered by Post-cancellation access (PCA) terms to a new (or existing) Agreement which represents the PCA permitted to the institution to content previous accessed under the agreement (
