Description

Support the addition (and display) of usage terms to a license (i.e. the terms that define how the licence can be used, restrictions etc. - usually extracted from the license documentation signed by the institution)

Terms can be added when creating a new or editing an existing license
Multiple terms can be added to license
Typically expect 12-24 terms per tenant organisation
Terms are fixed by configuration list

Out of scope:

filtering by terms
Terms are tenant-configurable, but these are managed outside of the ERM platform and process
UI to define or manage Terms
