Internalize AES data extraction to Okapi

    Description

      Split from UXPROD-331 and UXPROD-332.

      The initial AES implementation uses post- and pre-filter handlers to capture transactions. This implementation therefore limited to the exposed capabilities of Okapi - e.g. confined to a single tenant context. The next evolution would internalize the AES extraction in order to improve performance and overcome existing limitations imposed by Okapi.
