Description

If a report can not be harvested succesfully, the report download button in the stored reports table is coloured in yellow. After several (number TBD) unsuccessful tries, the button turns red.

In addition to this color code, there should be an error message further explaining the harvesting problem, to enable the user to fix the issue and contact the provider if neccessary (e.g. "incorrect password", "data unavailable").
