Feature representing the work needed in Q1 to "wire up" any new loan policy settings so they control what happens at check out, check in and renewal.

Feature scope:
- Work to wire up the new settings defined in
UXPROD-1375- Current thinking on logic for some of these new request settings: When an item is recalled, calculate today's date plus the recall return interval. If the resulting date (RD) is sooner than the original due date (ODD), use the RD. If the RD is later than the original due date, use the ODD. If the RD is less than the minimum guaranteed due (MGD), use the MGD.
