    Description

      Display note from Inventory at Check In or Check Out. (For example, if the patron has been manually billed for the book, convey that information to the staff member checking the book in so they can clear the bill before checkin.)

      When note displays, user will have the options to continue checkin or exit (and not checkin the book). Counterpart exists for checkout.

      Split from UXPROD-246 as a result of 11/19 Chalmers discussion. UXPROD-246 references https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/13jdIOnNJkljNn22Jykbd7bmxYVM2QXmbKtbd1LJuu1E/edit#gid=0.
