      Description

      Be able to assign tags to the 4 types of Data Import profiles (Jobs, Matches, Actions, Field Mappings)

      Frontend story: “Use Tags smart component to introduce Tag CRUD in ui-data-import.” Plus some tests/check-outs to the story to ensure it creates tags, updates the count – a shortened version of https://issues.folio.org/browse/STSMACOM-113.

      Tags will be in the body of the profile, similar to eHoldings, rather than in a separate pane.

      Backend story: similar to https://issues.folio.org/browse/MODTAG-4.
