      Overview:
      Overview: Wrap-up work on the Holdings record, and Implement Refined UX design for manual creation of Holdings and Item records. Parts of the work of Q4 2018 were only following thin-thread and half-baked implementation of identified missing metadata elements. Work will focus on:

      Clean up work on thin-thread/half-baked implementation

      Out of scope: Manual and automatic order/re-order of holdings and item records; which are described in separate features (UXPROD-1635, UXPROD-1625)
