CPT: Why such a diffeence between go-live for US and non-US institutions? Will be able to see status of request. This should be good enough for the MVP. This could be worked on immediately following MVP.

CB: Per agreement with Jakub and the cap planning team, some of us non-developers are going to estimate the remaining unestimated features. I will label this "swag" so we know to revisit when we have more info. My assumption with this estimate was that we built just what was needed for request history on Requests. If we decide to pursue the Circ Log (~~UXPROD-1703~~), this feature might become redundant.

- Record metadata (create, update)
- Edits (change expiration dates, pickup points, etc)
- Cancellation (when, by whom, why)
- Progress through the stages of a request (changes to request status, in transit activity, etc)
