UX: Update display of status at top of record in quickMARC

Purpose:

User story statement(s):

As a librarian,
I want to be able to see the status towards the top of a record, edited or saved in quickMARC
so that I know if it is "Current", "In progress", or in "Error".

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Given the record is “Current” - it’s up to date and should be the same as the Instance & SRS records
   • When viewing the record in quickMARC
   • Then display a label of "Current" in the pane header (that does not resemble an unclickable button as is currently seen)
2. Scenario:
   • Given the record is “In Progress” - a change has been made, but it has not made it to the Instance and/or SRS yet
   • When viewing the record in quickMARC
   • Then display a label of "In progress" in the pane header
3. Scenario:
   • Given the record is in “Error” - something is preventing an update from moving to the Instance or SRS
   • When viewing the record in quickMARC
   • Then display a label of "Error" in the pane header
