Add option for export of fee/fine spreadsheet

Hi Kimie. Over 2 years ago you designed a version of the Fees/Fines History page and Fee/Fine Details page that included an Export option with three options (Printable version, Email to patron, Export Excel), as shown in attachments FF-Details-Export-Option.jpg and FF-History-Export-Option.jpg. At this time we want to implement a thin-thread version of this. The thin-thread will be a spreadsheet that contains all fee/fine data for a single patron. How should we handle this? I see several options, including...
1) Export fees/fines option in Fees/Fines History and Fee/Fine Details pages (similar to what we planned, but without 3 options).
2) Add as a report on the User search results page (where the other user-related in-app reports are) called Fee/fine details report (CSV). If selected, the first step would be to ask the user which patron they want to see the fee/fine details for.
