Mock up of display of Request history on Request record

Now that we have the circ log, it seems like the easiest way to provide request history on the request record (see UXPROD-1056) would be to provide a pre-filtered view of the circ log (showing only logs related to this request).

Could you please provide a mock-up of what that might look like? I'm imagining something in a new accordion called, maybe "Request history" (to be consistent with loan history and fee/fine history OR we could call it "Request log" to be consistent with circ log? But open to whatever ideas you have.
