Description
Purpose
As a library staff member I want to be able to quickly see the values that are important to me in the summary accordion when viewing a Budget in the Finance app so that I can make decisions for budget planning.
Values include:
- Initial allocation (Currently just labeled "Allocated")
- Increase in allocation
- Decrease in allocation
- Allocated
- Net transfers
- Total balance
- Available
- Encumbered
- Awaiting payment
- Expended
- Unavailable
- Over encumbered
- Over expended
