    Description

      Purpose: As a user viewing FOLIO, I want to see an icon for the Circulation Log that conveys the idea of reviewing circulation actions.

      UXPROD-1703 introduces a new app, the Circulation Log, which records circulation actions (such as checking out items, checking in items, billing fees/fines on items, creating requests, among many others).
