UX: Styling for Loan Type and Material Type CRUD

Purpose: To provide styling guidance for the basic list item CRUD component use for Loan Type and Material Type CRUD (similar component is used for Patron Group CRUD).

To see and use component, log into FOLIO (http://folio-demo.aws.indexdata.com/), go to Settings > Items > Loan Type or Material Type

There is a separate story in for styling the Patron Group CRUD (UIU-11). These should be looked at together.
