Question about page display on SNAPSHOT versus BUGFEST (aka production)

Hi Kimie! It was nice seeing you at WOLFcon. I noticed something today that I need to ask someone about. It is not a high priority. I was doing a fee/fine demo on SNAPSHOT (https://folio-snapshot.aws.indexdata.com/settings/circulation/lost-item-fee-policy?layer=add) and noticed that the Lost Item Fee Policy page looked strange. Random fields were bolded. I checked the page at BUGFEST (https://bugfest.folio.ebsco.com/settings/circulation/lost-item-fee-policy?layer=add) and realized it was correct there. (See attachment Lost-Item-Fee-Policy.JPG for details.) What would cause the page to look different in the two environments? I noticed that the Loan Policy page suffers from the same problem. The other policies may as well.
