Enhancements to locations in settings

Purpose Update mockups for locations to reflect primary service point selection

1. Scenario
   • Given a location in settings
   • When that location has been assigned to a service point
   • Then show that service point in the location
2. Scenario
   • Given a location in settings
   • when that location has been assigned its first service point
   • then set that service point as primary
3. Scenario
   • Given a location in settings
   • when that location has been assigned to additional service points
   • then allow the user to choose the primary service point for that location (default to first service point assigned to)

Notes: I'm not attached to radio buttons as a design pattern, but since people can only select one primary, it made sense to me. Alternatively, could list all the service points & select primary from a separate drop-down menu. I'm sure there are several design options.

Notes: The Balsamiq wireframe makes it look like it's part of Location details, and it is not. Service points should be their own section.
