    Description

      1. Go to http://folio-snapshot-stable.aws.indexdata.com/
      2. Go to Settings > Users > Permission sets
      3. Select Circulation employee
      4. Edit Circulation employee Permission sets
      5. Notice the Delete button (in upper righthand corner) is orange and not red as expected
