Details

    Description

      In addition to the Pay Fee/Fine page/modal, we need the following:
      1) Confirmation modal (e.g. confirm that user wants to partially pay 30.00 of lost item fee)
      2) Success toast (e.g. for paid partially and paid fully)
      3) Error modal (e.g. when user enters pay amount of 90.00 but only selected to pay 70.00)
