Change all field labels to sentence case in vendor create/edit screen

Overview: All field labels in the create/edit screen are capitalized instead of sentence case. Whenever a label has more than one word, the subsequent words should be lower-case instead of upper-case, per the standard FOLIO Style.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO-snapshot as diku_admin
2. Go to the vendor app
3. Create a new vendor, or edit an existing vendor
4. Expand all of the accordions
5. View the labels for all fields

Expected Results: All multi-word labels should be sentence case

Actual Results: They are not
